About the role

TRULAND Equipment is seeking individuals who are passionate about agriculture and equipment sales. We offer a dynamic environment where you can grow professionally and personally.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained
  • Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
