Parts Counter Salesperson

About The Opportunity

MSP Diesel Solutions is seeking a customer-focused Parts Counter Salesperson to join our Missouri team. This role assists customers with heavy-duty truck parts, maintains inventory, processes sales transactions, and delivers outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Identify, locate, and recommend heavy-duty truck parts.
• Promote additional parts and accessories.
• Process cash, credit, warranty, core, and return transactions.
• Maintain inventory, stock shelves, and perform cycle counts.
• Communicate order status with customers.
• Maintain clean, organized displays and work areas.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Heavy-duty parts experience preferred.
