Responsibilities

• Process, report, and verify all aspects of paperwork involved in retail parts sales.
• Maintain records of inventory and sales transactions.
• Perform other duties that may arise in the office.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (automotive-related education a plus).
• Experience in parts counter sales or automotive retail.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and applications.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with solid multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficient with parts catalog systems and inventory tools.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends or extended hours.

Corporate Hiring Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Pay

$21 - $30/hr. This position can also be paid as BASE + COMMISSION if experience and skills warrant it.
