About the role
iTA is seeking a Full-Time Parts Counter Sales Person to join our team in Slidell, LA. The position operates on a Monday-Friday schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle inquiries and sales for all makes and models of pre-owned used trucks and trailers
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ensure accurate inventory management and order processing
- Support the sales team with product knowledge and recommendations
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in heavy-duty parts department
- Strong focus on customer service
- Dependable and punctual
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Skills

- Knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle components
