Responsibilities

• Aids all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensures the customer is exposed to the full product line.
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Reviews body shop estimates to ensure the parts ordered are correct and pricing aligns with the estimate.
• Provides high-level service to internal and external customers.
• Pulls and fills orders from stock.
• Navigates out-of-stock parts or shop materials needing immediate attention.
• Sends emergency orders for special ordered parts.
• Notifies the service advisor and customer when special ordered parts have been received.
• Notifies the body shop when all parts have arrived and when they will be delivered.
• Pulls orders for delivery to the body shop, ensuring all parts are tagged with customer names and job numbers.
• Follows up on back-ordered parts.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Successful completion of background checks and drug screening

Qualifications

We seek individuals who are enthusiastic, hardworking, and eager to contribute to our team. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training.

Skills

Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and a positive attitude are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred but not required.

Pay

Up to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
