Responsibilities
- Exceptional customer service when assisting all customers with parts needs at the front parts counter (or over the phone)
- Sales transactions in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
- Upselling of companion part requirements and specials
- Outbound sales calls for assigned, targeted accounts
- Parts preparation (including order filling from stock)
Requirements
- Preferred Candidates Have The Following Team-player attitude at all times!
- Customer-focused service approach
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize between in-person customers and those on the phone
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills
