Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Parts Counter Sales Associate for a reputable local client. This position offers excellent customer service, parts sales, order pulling, and transaction processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service at the parts counter
• Aid customers with parts selection and sales
• Pull and prepare customer orders accurately
• Operate cash register and handle transactions
• Use point-of-sale systems, phones, and computers daily
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Learn and operate a forklift (training provided in the future)

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Mechanically inclined with an interest in parts/products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems
• Basic computer skills

Requirements

• Ability to pass a client-administered linguistics and mathematics assessment
• Ability to perform light lifting
• Willingness to learn new systems and equipment
