Key Responsibilities
- Aid service technicians and retail customers in identifying correct Hyundai parts and accessories.
- Look up parts using electronic catalogs and dealership systems.
- Process parts orders, invoices, and returns using Dealertrack DMS.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.
- Receive and stock incoming parts shipments.
- Pull and stage parts for service repair orders.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Process warranty parts and returns according to dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department.
- Work closely with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts for vehicle repairs.
- Promote additional parts and accessories when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive parts experience preferred (dealership experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with Hyundai parts catalogs and systems is desirable.
- Experience using Dealertrack DMS or other dealership management systems.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Basic computer skills and inventory management experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
