About the role

Victory Automotive Group is a family-owned and operated company since 1997 with over 50 locations across the United States. We are seeking a knowledgeable Parts Counter Person to accurately answer customer questions and fulfill requirements in person or over the phone. The role involves locating automotive parts within current inventory or from external sources, arranging delivery and installation, receiving and stocking incoming parts, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock incoming parts and accessories
• Locate parts and accessories and arrange for installation
• Monitor parts inventory and coordinate installation
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, accessories, and promotions
• Ensure accurate sales documentation and timely reports
• Facilitate safe and on-time delivery of parts to the dealership while adhering to company procedures
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience with automotive parts and accessories
• Pleasant and courteous personality with strong customer service skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in phone and computer systems
