Parts Counter Associate

About the role

Ed Morse Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Counter Associate to assist mechanics and customers in purchasing needed parts and supplies across our expanding network of over 60 locations in FL, TX, OK, MO, MT, IL, IA, CO, and AZ.

Responsibilities

• Assist all mechanics and customers in purchasing needed parts and supplies.
• Maintain and track parts inventory.
• Order parts from numerous manufacturers and manage shipping/receiving to other stores and customers.
• Efficiently order and stock parts to ensure availability and swift fulfillment of customer requirements.
• Meet monthly sales and gross targets by seeking out and soliciting parts business.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Parts Manager.

Requirements

• Previous auto parts experience (required).
• Dealership experience (recommended).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Computer proficiency.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
