Parts Counter Associate

About the role

Ed Morse Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Counter Associate to assist mechanics and customers in purchasing needed parts and supplies across our multi-state, multi-brand dealership network.

Responsibilities

• Assist all mechanics and customers in purchasing needed parts and supplies.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory records.
• Order parts from numerous manufacturers and manage shipping and receiving to other stores and customers.
• Efficiently order and stock parts to ensure availability and swift fulfillment of customer requirements.
• Meet monthly sales and gross targets by seeking out and soliciting parts business.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Parts Manager.

Requirements

• Previous auto parts experience (required).
• Dealership experience (recommended).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Computer proficiency.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
