Parts Coordinator

Job Purpose: Utilize purchase orders as a matter of company policy. Responsible for meeting the needs and commitments to customers and Service Department — striving for the highest in customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate inventory accounting
• Maintain a clean, well-organized department
• Communicate with customers on the telephone and at the counter in a professional manner
• Accurate invoicing and costing on all parts documents daily
• Timely ordering, shipping, receiving, and expediting of special orders
• Prepare shipping documents and packaging of whole goods requested by other departments
• Set up showroom displays for merchandising
• Prepare documents for the return of damaged, defective, cores, and warrantable parts in a timely manner
• Place weekly/monthly stock orders
• Assist in addressing complaints and resolving problems relating to Parts Department
• Assist Parts Manager in finding the best buys from outside suppliers
• Related duties as necessary for the accomplishment of the position

Requirements

• Must have previous 3–5 years experience with construction parts/equipment
• Heavy equipment experience
• Must have valid Class 5 license

Skills

• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds frequently
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors as required
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including stretching, turning, twisting, and reaching overhead
• Ability to bend, crouch, squat, kneel, and stoop for extended periods

Pay

Pay Range: $24.00 – $29.00 per hour. The actual salary offered is subject to the company's sole discretion and may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, location, and overall fit for the role. Requisition #72187.
