Job Responsibilities
- Shipping and receiving all parts.
- Closing open service orders when part is shipped.
- Completing all DI-shops within 24 hours (also log them).
- Maintaining parts cage.
- Maintaining parts log.
- Pulling parts for service calls.
- Filling floor requests (parts needed by the stores).
- Ordering parts for FCP (3rd party warranty).
- Getting ETAs from Vendors.
- Communicating ETAs to NLS (Next Level Support).
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
- GED or equivalent.
- Must be familiar with Outlook 360.
- Must be familiar with Excel.
Work Environment
This job operates in a warehouse.
Physical Demands
The employee will regularly be standing, walking, lifting, bending.

This is a full-time position.
