Parts Coordinator

About the role

Ensure parts needed for repair are available or coordinate with the Purchasing Department to purchase the needed parts.

Responsibilities

• Review each service order for correct parts
• Gather parts needed for service work order
• Track and return items that are defective to vendors for a refund
• File completed work orders and returned vendor paperwork
• Drive company vehicle to deliver parts in the southeast GA/SC/AL/FLA areas for customers/contractors (usually one-day turnaround trip)

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Manufactured housing industry experience desired
• High School Graduate or equivalent training or experience
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
