Parts Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Parts Associate to assist customers with product needs and provide price estimates for installations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to promote products and services
• Review job details for proper specifications before scheduling installations
• Maintain and update prepayment logs and inform customers of work progress
• Schedule installation appointments with service staff
• Monitor parts traffic, receive parts, and ensure correct orders
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean work environment
• Cross-train for additional duties as needed

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Sales experience preferred; RV or camping product knowledge a plus
• Proficiency with computers and internet searches
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• Knowledge of service department procedures is advantageous
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance
• Physical ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend

Pay

Compensation range of approximately $30,000 - $60,000+ annually, including base pay and uncapped variable pay.
