About the role
We are searching for a qualified Parts Associate to order parts for construction equipment, truck, and trailer fleets with limited or no supervision in a professional and efficient manner. Safe, superior customer service is the main priority at M.E.S.O. Inc.
Responsibilities
- Work with Account Managers and Service Technicians to determine needed parts
- Provide price quotes
- Research and order parts
- Process all orders through our fulfillment program
- Follow up with vendors on backorders
- Assist with returning unneeded parts
Requirements
- Parts experience in construction equipment and/or automotive industry
- Basic computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong teamwork, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- High school diploma
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
