Parts and Inventory Clerk

About the role

Precision Air Inc., located in Georgetown, SC is seeking a full‑time Aviation Parts and Inventory Associate. The successful candidate must be organized, team‑oriented, have data entry experience, and be able to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks associated with the aircraft parts and tools department for an FAA Repair Station, including shipping, receiving, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Receive parts and equipment into inventory and update the database system.
• Conduct physical inventory audits for parts and equipment.
• Place purchasing orders and track shipments.
• Maintain the data entry system and run reports.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of receiving, purchasing, and inventory processes.
• Proficiency in using computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Highly proficient data entry and computer skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a cooperative team environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
