Responsibilities
- Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner
- Share with customers your knowledge of the "Good, Better and Best" products that we sell
- Staying up-to-date with our power sports gear brands and product knowledge
- Maintain and deliver awesome, personal & useful support to potential or existing customers who contact us
- Ensure customers are satisfied with their buying experience
- Recommend related parts which may be required
- Attempt to locate rare parts
- Able to work with several customers at once, while maintaining individual customer satisfaction
- Handle online and telephone transactions quickly and courteously
- Alert customers of any sales, specials or new merchandise
- Accept payments for merchandise and keep cash register drawer accurate
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Outgoing, friendly personality and superior communications/customer service skills
- Knowledge of Power Sports industry is a plus
- Connects with customers in a friendly manner
- Confident answering calls, entering orders in computer system
- Confident in selling to customers and to allow the customer to make an informed buying decision
- Always show a positive attitude and be a genuine team player
- Takes ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
- Willing to work Saturdays
- Can lift up to 50 Lbs.
