PARTS ADMINISTRATOR-WHOLESALE

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Assist customers in the selection and purchase of required parts, offer specials, and ensure the customer is made aware of the full product line
• Avoids charge sales without customer signature
• Maintain parts bins and shelves in an orderly fashion
• Present all customers with the appropriate copy of the invoice
• Avoid monthly parts returns
• Stay up-to-date on new products and product updates
• Determine availability and provide necessary information for out-of-stock parts and secure approval for special and/or emergency orders by Parts Manager
• Avoid maintenance of the parts catalog, price schedule, and other technical information and bulletins
• Avoid filing Parts Department copies of invoices and purchase orders daily
• Avoid obtaining time requirements from technicians and Service Advisors to ensure customer time frames are met

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Two years of previous parts experience
• 10-Key and/or Alpha-Numeric Data Entry Skills
• Read and comprehend instructions and information
• Valid Driver's License

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $20.00-$23.50.
