Parts, Accessory, and Gear Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the inventory of parts, accessories, and gear, ensuring optimal stock levels and ordering processes.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and providing expert advice on parts and accessories.
• Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals, focusing on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing, secure products, and handle warranty issues.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of parts and accessories specialists, ensuring productivity and high morale.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions, seasonal sales, and product showcases.
• Analyze sales data, track performance, and generate regular reports for senior management to highlight areas of improvement and success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar retail management role.
• Preferably knowledge of powersports parts, accessories, and gear; familiarity with OEM and aftermarket products but not necessary.
• Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills; proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems.
• Ability to quickly resolve issues, manage multiple tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with other departments, including service and sales.
