About the role
We are hiring a Partnerships Director – US National Partnerships to lead the growth and evolution of our most critical gym and wellness relationships in North America.
Responsibilities
- Move beyond transactional volume to build deep, transparent, and dependable long-term relationships with Tier 1 national partners.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations and navigate the "grey areas" of operational and contractual challenges with a data-driven, strategic mindset.
- Act as the primary connector between partners and our internal Finance, Legal, Product, and Ops teams. Success in this role is defined by your ability to build internal rapport and secure buy-in for key initiatives.
- Own the "success" components of your portfolio. You will proactively analyze data to formulate creative proposals and execute contract amendments that drive mutual growth and platform stability.
- Represent the North American supply landscape in discussions with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), providing insights that influence our global strategy.
- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.
Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in senior-level Partnerships, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales roles. We value stability and are looking for a professional with a proven track record of long-term loyalty and sustained growth at the leadership level.
- Strategic Thinker: You think two steps ahead and understand how to balance external partner needs with internal business constraints.
- High-Level Negotiator: You have a thirst for complex deal-making and a proven ability to lead multi-layered negotiations with C-suite executives.
- Adaptable & Industry-Agnostic: While we value partnerships experience, we welcome candidates from outside the fitness industry who bring fresh perspectives on solving intricate business problems.
- Collaborative & Reliable: You are known for being a dependable partner who builds trust through transparency and consistent follow-through.
- Data-Driven: You don't just report numbers; you use analytics to tell a story, identify risks before they become issues, and unlock new value within existing contracts.
- AI-Forward Mindset: You are already on the AI adoption path. You actively integrate generative AI and modern automation tools into your everyday work to drive efficiency and unlock insights. You view AI as a mandatory leverage multiplier and are ready to set the example for the team.
