Partnerships & Corporate Relations Coordinator (Volunteer)

About the role

The Partnerships & Corporate Relations Coordinator will lead outreach and relationship-building efforts with corporate sponsors, nonprofit partners, and community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential corporate partners, sponsors, and aligned organizations
• Conduct outreach to companies for partnerships, sponsorships, and in-kind support (travel, media, funding, etc.)
• Draft and send partnership emails, proposals, and follow-ups
• Build and manage a partnership pipeline and tracking system
• Support development of sponsorship packages and partnership decks
• Collaborate with leadership on partnership strategy and growth opportunities
• Maintain organized records of outreach, responses, and partnership status

Qualifications

• Strong communication and writing skills
• Experience in outreach, partnerships, fundraising, or business development (preferred but not required)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Passion for social impact and community-based work
