Community Partnerships Coordinator (Volunteer)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain community partnerships
• Conduct outreach to nonprofit and community organizations
• Aid in the development of referral networks
• Cook up partnership meetings and follow-up communications
• Identify collaborative opportunities and community resources
• Support community engagement initiatives

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
