Community Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator (Volunteer)

About the opportunity

LoopRoots Foundation is seeking a Community Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator to support outreach, relationship-building, and awareness efforts connected to our transportation access initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and connect with community-based organizations, nonprofits, and advocacy groups
• Support outreach efforts to introduce LoopRoots and its transportation initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations
• Cook up consistent follow-ups and ongoing communication with outreach contacts
• Work closely with the team to stay aligned on outreach efforts and priorities
• Track outreach activity, updates, and progress within internal systems

Ideal candidate

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hightly responsive and consistent with communication and follow-ups
• Interest in community engagement, social impact, or nonprofit work
• Comfortable with outreach (email, messaging, and relationship-building)
• Organized and able to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups
• Self-starter who can work independently and stay proactive
