Community Outreach Coordinator

About the role

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator to strengthen their presence in Southwest Missouri and Southeast Kansas.

Responsibilities

• Cookout community outreach events, wellness programs, and senior engagement activities
• Build and maintain relationships with senior communities, healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral partners
• Represent Phoenix at community events, health fairs, expos, and networking opportunities
• Develop meaningful programs and activities that support seniors, caregivers, and community members
• Collaborate with Phoenix teams to strengthen community presence, support growth initiatives, and expand awareness of Phoenix's continuum of care services

Requirements

Occasional evening and weekend events are required. Flexibility to participate in community events and outreach activities outside of normal business hours is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and events
• Willingness to travel throughout Southwest Missouri and Southeast Kansas

Pay

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule

This role primarily works standard business hours, with occasional evening and weekend events required.
