Position Overview The Partnerships & Community Engagement Manager will lead efforts to build, develop, and strengthen relationships between The Donovan’s Venom and the communities we serve. This role will help create meaningful partnerships that support community engagement, organizational growth, resource development, and long-term social impact. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, strategic, collaborative, and passionate about connecting people and organizations around a shared purpose. What You'll Do Partnership Development Identify and develop relationships with potential community, nonprofit, corporate, educational, and organizational partners.Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships aligned with The Donovan’s Venom's mission.Research and identify partnership opportunities that can expand the organization's reach and impact.Develop partnership strategies, proposals, and engagement plans.Coordinate with leadership and internal teams to ensure partnerships support organizational priorities.Maintain regular communication and follow-up with partners and stakeholders. Community Engagement Develop initiatives that strengthen relationships between The Donovan’s Venom and the communities we serve.Identify opportunities to increase community participation, awareness, and involvement.Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and networking opportunities when applicable.Build relationships with community leaders, advocates, volunteers, and other stakeholders.Gather community feedback and identify opportunities to better respond to community needs.Help create meaningful opportunities for individuals and organizations to engage with our mission. Collaboration & Impact Collaborate with Marketing, Programs, Fundraising, Operations, and Leadership to support partnership initiatives.Develop strategies that turn partnerships into meaningful opportunities for programs, resources, awareness, and community impact.Track partnership activities, engagement, and outcomes.Maintain organized records of partnerships and stakeholder relationships.Evaluate partnership effectiveness and identify opportunities for continued growth.Help communicate the organization's mission and impact through authentic community relationships. What We're Looking For Experience in community engagement, partnerships, business development, nonprofit management, public relations, or a related field.Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Strong networking and outreach abilities.Strategic and collaborative mindset.Strong organizational and project management skills.Ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities.Ability to build trust with diverse communities and stakeholders.Passion for community development, nonprofit work, and mission-driven organizations.
