About the role
Gratitude in business is already a movement. Thousands of people already believe that appreciation is just good business. This role gives that belief a home. It is a megaphone for what we stand for. It is entirely hands on. You are the one finding the creators, writing the briefs, running the community, and building the partner calendar, not the one managing someone who does it. If you love building a network from scratch and being in the conversations every day, this is that job. This is a founding hire, so for now there is no team under you. Just you and the relationships you build.
Responsibilities
- Find and sign creators yourself, focusing on real B2B sellers and revenue leaders; source them, reach out, write briefs, edit drafts, and run posting cadence with a light touch, high cadence, unpolished approach.
- Build and run the community day to day by posting, moderating, welcoming new members, and hosting conversations to give people a place to gather and learn.
- Build partner co-marketing with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP Concur, EcoCart, and Thnks Local, driving the joint calendar, joint content, webinars, and in-app promotions.
- Celebrate practitioners by running awards and spotlights that turn happy customers into public advocates.
- Show up at events to sponsor, attend as hunters, or host small dinners.
- Track performance, bringing data on which creators drive signups, which posts travel, and which partners pull their weight.
Ownership
- The creator network and the reach it generates.
- The community and its growth, engagement, and retention.
- The partner marketing calendar and the co-marketing that ships.
- Top of funnel reach and the qualified signups that come from it.
First 90 days
- Sign the first three to five creators and get them posting.
- Stand up the partner marketing calendar with the top partners.
- Map the community that already exists around gratitude in business and pick the first place to plant a flag.
Success metrics
- By month 6: A handful of credible creators are posting regularly, the community has a pulse, and the first partner campaigns are live.
- By month 12: The creator network drives real signups, the community lowers churn and lifts send frequency, and partners run co-marketing with us on a steady rhythm.
Requirements
- 4 or more years building creator, influencer, community, or partner marketing programs, ideally in B2B.
- Strong knowledge of the creator landscape and the seller's world, with the ability to tell a credible practitioner from a fake across LinkedIn, YouTube, and podcasts.
- Direct experience running co-marketing with partners, including joint calendars, shared campaigns, funds management, and reporting.
- High-cadence execution with the capacity to move fast and ship often.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills. You are the kind of person other people want to say yes to.
- An AI native approach to scaling workflows, using AI to run a network that would normally need a bigger team by leveraging tools to source creators, draft briefs, schedule, and track what lands. You work smoothly with Claude and carry a clear point of view on how to use these tools day to day.
Bonus Points
- You have run an awards or recognition program.
- You have launched co-marketing on Salesforce AppExchange or HubSpot Marketplace.
- You have grown a B2B community from the ground up.
Who This Is Not For
- If you want to manage a team and direct the work from above, this is not it.
- If you want a fully remote job, this is not it.
- If you would rather plan a community than be in it every day, this is not it.
Benefits
- Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance (80–100% employer-covered).
- 401(k) matching.
- Monthly cell phone and internet stipend.
- In-office Monday through Thursday with Friday remote.
- 20 PTO days, company-paid holidays, and maternity leave.
- Company-paid life and long-term disability insurance.
- Regular team-building and community engagement events.
