About the role
You don't want to collect logos — you want partners that generate pipeline. As Partnerships & Alliances Lead you build the partner ecosystem that accelerates distribution and credibility of Qadar AI. Qadar AI is in the company-building stage. MSPs, integrators, and complementary security vendors are looking for an AI governance answer for their customers right now — the motion you build decides whether they recommend us.
Responsibilities
- Identify and close early partnership agreements with MSPs, integrators, and complementary security vendors.
- Build co-sell and referral motions that generate qualified pipeline beyond direct outbound.
- Shape the partner enablement materials, commercial terms, and integration standards that make Qadar AI easy to recommend and resell.
- Decide which partnerships compound and which just consume time — and act on it.
- Connect partner feedback into product and packaging decisions.
Requirements
- Built partner channels in security, SaaS, or infrastructure.
- Navigate commercial conversations independently — terms, margins, and incentives included.
- Understand how to make partnerships generate pipeline rather than just logos.
- Build enablement that partners actually use: clear positioning, clean materials, honest economics.
- Communicate precisely in English across technical and commercial audiences.
Benefits
- Work where you create leverage – every role is remote‑first with optional onsite collaboration in Dubai DIFC, plus focused in‑person team weeks for planning, customer work, and product decisions.
- Direct founder access – work with the founder office on strategy, tradeoffs, and speed; no layers between your work and the decisions that shape the company.
- Real ownership – lead roles are not coordination jobs; you own outcomes, shape the roadmap, and influence how the company is built.
- Top‑tier equipment and AI tools budget – funded setup for serious work, expecting the team to use the best tools available.
- Flexible travel support – room for customer visits, pilot support, and team sessions whenever they create real momentum.
- A global operating posture – built for teams working across markets, regulators, and time zones, with Dubai DIFC bridging Europe, Africa, and Asia‑Pacific.
