What You’ll Do

  • Identify, engage, and develop strategic partnerships with elevator manufacturers (OEMs), ISPs, distributors, and service companies.
  • Negotiate and close long-term, multi-year agreements that support large-scale deployment of our digital advertising screens.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key partners to drive sustained growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of partnership commitments.
  • Analyze partnership performance, market trends, and new business opportunities to inform the growth strategy.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with in-marketing to develop partnership materials and content focused on educating and encouraging partnership within the elevator sector.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of elevator experience in partnership management, business development, and/or operational roles that utilized multifaceted approaches with different partners throughout the elevator ecosystem.
  • Proven success in negotiating and managing long-term strategic agreements.
  • Strong industry network or familiarity with elevator systems, ISPs, or out-of-home advertising ecosystems.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a startup environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • A passion for technology and smart-city innovation.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $95,000-$150,000 + bonus; however, the base pay may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience.
