What You’ll Do
- Identify, engage, and develop strategic partnerships with elevator manufacturers (OEMs), ISPs, distributors, and service companies.
- Negotiate and close long-term, multi-year agreements that support large-scale deployment of our digital advertising screens.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key partners to drive sustained growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of partnership commitments.
- Analyze partnership performance, market trends, and new business opportunities to inform the growth strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with in-marketing to develop partnership materials and content focused on educating and encouraging partnership within the elevator sector.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of elevator experience in partnership management, business development, and/or operational roles that utilized multifaceted approaches with different partners throughout the elevator ecosystem.
- Proven success in negotiating and managing long-term strategic agreements.
- Strong industry network or familiarity with elevator systems, ISPs, or out-of-home advertising ecosystems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a startup environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- A passion for technology and smart-city innovation.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $95,000-$150,000 + bonus; however, the base pay may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience.
