Partnership Coordinator

About the role

This is a 100% remote, full-time position open to candidates in the United States. The Partnership Coordinator supports travel e-commerce, agency enablement, digital booking products, customer support, marketing, travel distribution, data, and product operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned administrative, scheduling, operational, project, service, or workflow tasks using approved digital tools.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, schedules, documentation, work queues, and follow-up items.
• Communicate task status, missing information, routine exceptions, and next steps to relevant stakeholders.
• Review recurring workflows for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness and escalate issues according to documented procedures.
• Prepare clear handoff notes, reports, or status updates so remote teams can complete work reliably.
• Complete all assigned duties through approved online systems, phone, email, chat, shared documents, or other digital collaboration tools.

• Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
• Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
• Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM or web-based systems.
• Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
• Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions, exceptions, or status updates promptly.

Pay

Base compensation: $42,000–$62,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
