Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with brand partners, serving as the main point of contact.
- Regularly communicate with brand partners to understand their needs/objectives and resolve any issues.
- Ensure a high level of satisfaction and positive outcomes for both partners and the league.
- Oversee the execution of brand partnership agreements, ensuring deliverables are met as per the terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate brand initiatives seamlessly into league operations and marketing strategies.
- Manage and execute partnership experiences at league events, games, and other key touchpoints.
- Ensure that brand activations and experiences are engaging, impactful, and reflective of Unrivaled’s standards.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in brand development, account management, or a related role, preferably within sports or entertainment.
- Demonstrated success in managing brand partnerships and executing marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create professional KPI reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is essential.
- Passion for women’s basketball and an understanding of the sports industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or a related field.
