Assists with coordinating training classes and events, preparing and distributing class notices and materials, and maintaining records.
Responsibilities
- Assists with administrative maintenance of training programs and company initiatives, including, but not limited to, scholarship and recognition programs.
- Maintains lists of partners requiring compliance certification and provides training materials and retail support.
- Tracks, reports, and coordinates retail compliance training, including food safety, TABC, LACT, and related requirements.
- Prepares and distributes monthly compliance progress reports to retail leadership, tracks failures, and works closely with the Partner Relations team as needed.
- Oversees the use of training hours and communicates related data to retail leaders.
- Assists with various administrative tasks for training sessions, including tracking attendance and managing calendar invitations.
Requirements
- Associates Degree in related field and one or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education preferred.
- Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) certification required.
- Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business in accordance with the BGC Business Driver Policy.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of Workday HR management system.
- Basic mathematical skills.
