About The Role
The Partner Success Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing all aspects of day-to-day joint plans with strategic partners.
- Overseeing partner onboarding and establishing program infrastructure.
- Mobilizing critical routines and feedback channels for strategic relationships.
- Partner enablement through training and enablement plans.
- Supporting Partner Sales in defining and managing joint plans.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and extended team members.
- Working with the Sales team to support qualification of conversions.
- Identifying and supporting development of centralized standard assets.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Information Sciences or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting in transformation, human capital, talent, or OD consulting.
- Desirable - experience as a user of Orgvue.
