Accountabilities
- Own a portfolio of strategic healthcare partnerships, driving referral growth, partner engagement, and operational excellence through strong relationships and data-driven strategies.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of specialty pharmacy partnerships, taking ownership of referral targets, account health, and long-term partnership success.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies by identifying performance barriers, implementing solutions, and measuring the impact of growth initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships with key partner stakeholders, including operational leaders, nursing directors, branch managers, and coordination teams.
- Establish the organization as a preferred healthcare partner by improving workflows, increasing adoption, and driving consistent referral activity.
- Develop internal partner champions who advocate for the partnership and help expand engagement across accounts.
- Support new market and account launches by accelerating onboarding, enabling adoption, and achieving early referral milestones.
- Analyze account performance metrics, identify trends, and apply insights to improve portfolio growth and partner outcomes.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, account profiles, relationship maps, growth plans, and performance data to ensure visibility across teams.
- Lead recurring partner meetings focused on performance reviews, strategic alignment, product updates, and expansion opportunities.
- Conduct in-person partner visits, discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and relationship-building activities as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, business development, scheduling, billing, technology, and clinical teams to resolve challenges and improve partner experiences.
- Represent partner feedback internally by sharing insights that influence product improvements, operational enhancements, and adoption strategies.
- Help build and refine partner success playbooks, processes, and scalable engagement models as the organization grows.
- Translate business goals into account-level strategies, priorities, and measurable action plans.
- Experience in customer success, account management, healthcare partnerships, or B2B growth roles, with a strong ability to build relationships and deliver measurable outcomes.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, partner success, or sales roles within B2B healthcare, SaaS, healthcare services, or related industries.
- Proven ability to drive revenue, referral, volume, or usage growth through structured account strategies and relationship development.
- Experience working with specialty pharmacy, home infusion, healthcare services, or complex clinical operations is strongly preferred.
- Experience analyzing account-level data, identifying performance gaps, and translating insights into actionable growth plans.
- Experience onboarding users, training stakeholders, and improving product adoption metrics.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both executive stakeholders and frontline operational teams.
- Ability to analyze technical products and explain solutions to diverse audiences.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a consultative, partner-first mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment with ambiguity, rapid change, and evolving priorities.
- Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Experience managing growth targets, quotas, or variable compensation tied to performance outcomes.
- Experience helping build or scale customer success, account management, or partnership functions is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and analytics tools for monitoring account health and performance is preferred.
- Competitive compensation package with expected annual on-target earnings (OTE) of $120,000-$138,000.
- Base salary, quarterly variable compensation, and equity options with refresh opportunities.
- Quarterly variable compensation tied directly to portfolio growth goals, with uncapped upside for exceeding targets.
