Responsibilities
- Own the success of advanced transportation systems in partner cities
- Act as the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership
- Convert ideas and community needs into revenue opportunities for Via
- Provide strategic guidance on operational, go-to-market, and product-related issues
- Champion new products and capabilities to expand partners' service size and scope
- Analyze daily, weekly, and long-term service performance data to provide actionable recommendations
- Negotiate multi-year and complex contract renewals and service expansions
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience
- Entrepreneurial relationship builder with calmness under pressure
- Data-savvy, able to draw insights from complex data sets
- Reliable, motivated self-starter with a growth mindset
- Excellent team player, contributing to and mentoring others
Qualifications
- Experience in consulting, customer success, or a high-growth company
- Understanding of public transportation systems and operations
- Knowledge of transportation technologies and trends

Pay
- Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000
