About the role

Via is transforming transportation globally. This role involves building strong relationships with partners to drive revenue growth and support their service expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a vision and strategy for partners by assessing their strengths and weaknesses
  • Build deep and trusting long-term relationships with partners by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and long-term service performance data to provide actionable recommendations
  • Negotiate and sign contract renewals and service expansions to increase year-on-year revenue

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience
  • Quantitatively inclined and data savvy; able to draw insights from complex data sets
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and connecting with partners face-to-face

Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $145,000 - $165,000, with the potential for equity and 401K matching. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including free medical plans.

Pay

Final salary will be determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, and skills. Salary reflected does not include equity or variable pay, where applicable.

Schedule

This is a remote-first role based in the US Central region. We are ideally looking for candidates in Chicago or the broader Midwest, but are open to other locations including Texas.
