Via is transforming transportation globally. This role involves building strong relationships with partners to drive revenue growth and support their service expansion.
Responsibilities
- Develop a vision and strategy for partners by assessing their strengths and weaknesses
- Build deep and trusting long-term relationships with partners by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities
- Analyze daily, weekly, and long-term service performance data to provide actionable recommendations
- Negotiate and sign contract renewals and service expansions to increase year-on-year revenue
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience
- Quantitatively inclined and data savvy; able to draw insights from complex data sets
- Comfortable with frequent travel and connecting with partners face-to-face
Qualifications

Pay
Final salary will be determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, and skills. Salary reflected does not include equity or variable pay, where applicable.
Schedule
This is a remote-first role based in the US Central region. We are ideally looking for candidates in Chicago or the broader Midwest, but are open to other locations including Texas.
