About the role
We’re looking for a Partner Success Manager to join our team and assist with managing our top AP Partners.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with Autopilot Partners
- Handle and address incoming requests from Partners
- Work with Landing’s AP Ops & Field Operations team to ensure smooth launches
- Host kickoff calls with new properties
- Build and schedule QBRs with Partners
- Collaborate with AP Ops & Field Operations teams on addressing issues
- Aid the VP with special projects to further streamline our business processes
Requirements
- Based in Birmingham
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Previous customer service/partner experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and problem solve multiple issues at once
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fearless, self-motivated, and hardworking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter comfortable working with a sense of urgency
- Tech-savvy - familiarity with Slack
