About the role
As a Partner Success Director at Abridge, you own the relationship with your health system partners—full stop. You are the face of Abridge: the trusted advisor executives call, the person clinicians rely on, and the expert who understands each partner’s people, priorities, and growth potential better than anyone. This is a high-touch, high-ownership role where you’ll go deep with a focused book of partners to deliver service, urgency, and strategic partnership that sets Abridge apart.
Responsibilities
- Partner Development:
- Build and maintain strong executive, operational, and technical relationships across your health system partners—wide enough to avoid single points of failure, and deep enough to make Abridge indispensable.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, providing clear, timely, and reliable communication that earns confidence and keeps stakeholders aligned.
- Act as a trusted advisor to health system leaders, offering strategic guidance that connects Abridge’s capabilities to their clinical and operational priorities.
- Analyze partner data—usage trends, adoption patterns, growth potential—to spot early signals, mitigate risks, and build data-backed narratives for stakeholder conversations.
- Conduct regular executive business reviews to assess product performance, share value attainment, and align on expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales to identify and advance expansion opportunities, outlining goals, milestones, and action plans while presenting new features with clear ROI.
- Track partner expansion metrics and contribute directly to revenue growth and retention targets.
- Clinician Success:
- Build deep, trusted relationships with clinicians, understanding their workflows, pain points, and objectives to anticipate needs proactively.
- Offer guidance and best practices that directly improve clinician workflows, productivity, and patient outcomes.
- Provide product training and onboarding support to ensure smooth adoption and optimal utilization.
- Proactively identify and resolve clinician concerns, collaborating with internal teams for timely solutions.
- Monitor clinician satisfaction and adoption data, converting early signals of engagement or friction into targeted interventions for sustainable utilization.
- Partner Advocacy:
- Partner internally with sales, product, and cross-functional teams to drive partner growth, remove adoption barriers, and ensure partners experience Abridge at its best.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, sharing insights, feedback, and success stories to drive product and service improvements.
- Contribute to partner success resources—case studies, engagement materials, communication strategies—to scale wins across the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience and passion for customer-facing roles, such as management consulting, enterprise SaaS, or health system innovation.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including challenges faced by large health enterprises and clinicians.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Thrive in a high-touch model: managing a focused book of strategic partners where relationship depth and outcome quality matter more than volume.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels.
- Technical aptitude to quickly understand and communicate complex software solutions.
- Genuine passion for Abridge’s mission—energized by what we’re building and why it matters.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
