Partner Success Analyst
About the role
The Partner Services team is responsible for ensuring GrantSolutions Partners can manage their grants business effectively using our system and services. We offer strategic guidance, assist with process improvements, and ensure smooth grant processing from application to award.
Responsibilities
- Understand and document Federal Partner’s grants management objectives, including roles, responsibilities, and unique needs.
- Identify and propose process improvements and system enhancements.
- Communicate with Federal Partners on business processes, system updates, and grants management news.
- Implement partner-specific strategies under the guidance of the team lead.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the software system.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on system components, offering advice on enhancements.
- Resolve end-user issues and support needs through various channels.
- Track and resolve operational issues, escalating as necessary.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and analyze release notes.
- Collaborate with partners to resolve reported issues and implement remediation.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare materials, and respond promptly.
Requirements
- Must obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST" clearance.
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of relevant experience.
- Must demonstrate strong customer service skills and organizational abilities.
- Must be proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Preferred experience with Salesforce and Visio.
What would be nice to have
- Technical troubleshooting experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with requirements gathering and UAT.
- Documentation experience.
- Experience using an internal ticketing system.
Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $56,000.00 - $94,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, and training.
Schedule
The position may require up to 10% travel.
