About the role
The Partner Specialist will serve as the primary subject-matter expert on product, sales, and program information, train sales teams and facilitate partner campaigns. This role involves conducting meetings with sales teams, manufacturers, and customers, managing a sales pipeline, and processing partner deal registrations. Additionally, the specialist will create and maintain training content, monitor CRM submissions, and stay informed on new product offerings and certifications.
Responsibilities
- Act as a primary subject-matter expert for product, sales, and program information.
- Train sales teams on partner products and programs, and how customers can benefit by using their core products.
- Conduct conference calls/meetings with Sales teams, manufacturer Sales teams, and customers to sell partner products and solutions.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline on an ongoing basis through CRM and Excel.
- Manage and process Partner Deal Registration and/or other strategic pricing programs.
- Create and maintain content on internal team sites, including training decks and presentations.
- Execute on partner campaigns and initiatives aligning with Sales teams.
- Monitor CRM for submitted Deal Registrations request and submit them to the partner.
- Stay up to date on new product technology offerings, as well as partner-specific trainings and certifications.
- Provide excellent support to both customers and the SHI sales organization.

Requirements
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree required
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Willingness to obtain and maintain Partners’ Certifications during employment
Other Requirements
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $60,000 - $95,000 which includes a base salary and bonus.
- The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
