We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Partner - Senior Attorney to join our thriving legal team. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a lasting impact by providing top-tier legal counsel and representation to our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel and representation to a diverse clientele
- Manage complex litigation and/or government or internal investigations
- Develop innovative, practical solutions to challenging legal and business problems
- Mentor junior attorneys while contributing to a positive and high-performing culture
Requirements
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in the legal field
- Experience practicing in a top-tier BigLaw environment, with exposure to sophisticated, high-stakes matters and demanding client expectations
- At least one federal judicial clerkship and/or prior service as an Assistant United States Attorney
- A proven track record managing complex litigation and/or government or internal investigations
- A creative and strategic legal mindset, with the ability to think beyond conventional approaches
- An exceptional work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle demanding litigation matters
