The Challenge
The Challenge Due to rapid growth and increased demand for our platform, OneTrust is seeking a Partner Sales Manager. In this role, you will act as extension to our Regional Sales Leadership to drive effective territory plans, target account plans and help ensure successful customer deployments with our capable partners. You will positively drive the relationships with partners throughout the region and enable partners to influence client activity.
Your Mission
- Connect with partners to drive revenue on new and existing opportunities.
- Develop and execute territory and target account plans with partners.
- Develop and execute territory and target account plans with the regional sales managers and sales representatives.
- Drive sales opportunity velocity & closure with Sales Managers and Account Executives.
- Qualify partner-sourced or partner-influenced opportunities, setting proper internal and external expectations.
- Fearless attitude to scale our partners’ revenue contribution.
- Develop a thorough understanding of OneTrust partner strategy and direction, internal processes, partner-engagement workflow, products, and roadmap.
- Provide weekly update to management on progress made with key partners in the region.
- Handle forecast by partner for the region.
- Effective communication of partner impact on Regional Sales Plan.
- Maintain and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and objectives.
Your Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience with driving outcome-based partner relationships in SaaS / Software.
- Bachelor’s degree or professional experience in a related field.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding target goals.
- Effective sales presentation, forecasting, and planning skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter, phenomenal teammate, and team player.
- Strong propensity to take initiative; thrive on change and ambiguity.
