Role Summary
This role is for someone who wants to shape how companies use SIGMA to unlock business results—not just manage and close deals, but influence how partners and clients think about what’s possible. The Impact You'll Have You’ll be the person who turns our SIGMA partnership into real revenue and real client impact. Your work directly fuels our data, analytics, and AI growth by creating opportunities where our teams can solve meaningful business problems for B2B and B2B2C clients.
What You'll Do
- Guide the entire SIGMA partner ecosystem—from how we co-create opportunities, how we show up together in the market, to leading and closing deals
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline, from early conversations through close, with a clear line of sight to revenue goals
- Grow and strengthen our SIGMA relationship so both sides see more pipeline, more collaboration, and more wins
- Set and own our joint business plan with SIGMA, ensuring both organizations stay aligned on priorities and revenue outcomes
- Spot and shape the right opportunities, connecting SIGMA’s capabilities with client needs and OneMagnify’s expertise
- Bring together the right people—client teams, partner leads, and technical resources—to move deals forward with clarity and momentum
- Stay sharp on industry shifts, AI advancements, and SIGMA’s roadmap, and use that insight to shape smarter conversations with clients and partners
What You'll Need
- Must generate $2 million in new revenue annually
- Direct experience working in or around the SIGMA ecosystem
- Created and owned joint marketing programs focused on lead generation
- 6+ years in enterprise or partner/channel sales, ideally with BI technology partners or VAR/SI environments
- Experience selling professional services, digital transformation, or data/AI-led solutions
- A strong grasp of industry nuances
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to confidently engage executives, partner teams, and client stakeholders

- Understanding of AI readiness, data modernization, or MDM
