About the role
You'll be joining a truly global team as a member of both our Partnerships team and our tight-knit US team based in New York. You'll work from our Manhattan office three days a week as part of our hybrid setup, giving you the perfect balance of in-person collaboration and global impact.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale GetAccept's North American partner ecosystem.
- Recruit, onboard, activate, and enable strategic solution partners across Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft, and adjacent ecosystems.
- Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies and co-sell motions alongside our US Sales team.
- Build scalable partner playbooks covering recruitment, onboarding, enablement, account mapping, pipeline reviews, and demand generation.
- Become a trusted advisor to strategic partners, helping them position GetAccept with their customers.
- Represent GetAccept at partner events, customer meetings, and ecosystem communities across North America.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Customer Success to accelerate partner growth.
- Bring market insights back into the business to help shape our product roadmap, partner strategy, and go-to-market initiatives.
Requirements
- Has 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, alliances, or SaaS sales.
- Has built or significantly grown partner programs within a SaaS company.
- Has experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft, or similar enterprise ecosystems.
- Has a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Has a proven ability to generate pipeline and revenue through strategic partnerships.
- Can influence executive stakeholders while collaborating effectively across Sales, Marketing, and Product.
- Uses data, CRM insights, and AI tools to prioritize work and improve results.
- Is willing to travel across North America.
