We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Partner to join and help grow our established Real Estate Practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated transactional attorney with a strong portable book of business to join a respected and collegial firm.
About the role
We are looking for a Partner with significant experience in both commercial and residential real estate transactional work. The ideal candidate will bring an active client following, a deep understanding of real estate transactions, and the ability to contribute immediately to the growth and success of the practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development, and land use matters.
- Cultivate and expand existing client relationships while actively developing new business opportunities.
- Provide high-quality legal counsel to clients on complex real estate deals.
- Collaborate with partners and associates across the firm to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
- Mentor and develop junior attorneys and support staff within the real estate practice.
- Participate in firm management, business development initiatives, and practice group strategy.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar (or eligibility to waive in).
- Substantial experience handling real estate transactions, with a balanced background in both commercial and residential real estate matters.
- Significant portable book of business - candidates must have a demonstrated history of originating and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong negotiation, drafting, and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent client service orientation and business development acumen.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex matters efficiently.
