About the role

Scale LLP is seeking experienced attorneys to join its growing national practice. The firm is built by Silicon Valley founders and GCs to provide an alternative to a traditional private practice.

Responsibilities

• Work for a variety of clients across Corporate, Fintech, Intellectual Property, Real Estate and Litigation practice groups.
• Develop client work and build a book of originations.
• Pay based on a percentage of the fees collected from clients.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm, or in-house with a reputable company.
• Graduated from a top-tier law school, or demonstrated an excellent and sustained reputation in industry.
• Minimum qualifications also include being in compliance with federal law regarding identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
