Partner Marketing Manager, Microsoft (Remote)
About the role
A remote position with proximity to a Slalom office. You will join Slalom's Global Marketing team and lead our Microsoft partner marketing function, owning go-to-market strategy and execution. You will play a central role in managing and strengthening our strategic relationship with Microsoft, partnering closely with Microsoft business leaders, solution and partner marketers, and field teams to drive aligned priorities and mutual growth. You will collaborate across Slalom and Microsoft to activate joint initiatives, deepen partner engagement, and accelerate impact across our partner ecosystem. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, strong relationship management, cross-functional influence, and executional excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive 12-month strategy for Slalom and Microsoft marketing in conjunction with the Slalom partner teams
- Lead execution of the marketing plan with a focus on maximizing business impact on schedule and within budget
- End-to-end management of all partner marketing outputs
- Own relationships with counterpart marketing lead(s) at Microsoft co-developing and executing on joint programming, funding, and external partner-led campaigns
- Work with go-to-market, client, and people teams, along with subject matter experts, to develop scalable programs, content, and resources that enable global execution across key internal and external audiences
- Lead core planning meetings across various groups to establish event strategies and drive alignment against shared objectives and business goals
- Develop and implement email marketing and digital advertising campaigns
- Train end users on how to successfully use content, leverage marketing plans, and easily track success metrics
- Utilize measurement and analytics to deliver event returns against expected business results and performance targets and let those insights inform future campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft, Slalom’s Microsoft business unit, global marketing, and cross-functional teams
- Represent the Slalom culture in a positive light, always working with a customer service attitude
Requirements
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in partner marketing
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem, with experience executing partner-focused and integrated marketing campaigns (paid and organic), including segmentation, goal setting, and measurement
Experience developing and executing complex marketing programs and events
Data-driven, results-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to drive shared outcomes
Experience working with Microsoft or other hyperscaler partners preferred
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Salesforce Pardot preferred)
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage budgets, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Curious, adaptable, and proactive marketer who thrives under pressure and in dynamic environments

Pay
The targeted base salary pay range for Manager is $105,000 to $135,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
