When people feel more confident about their money, they can bring more focus and energy to work. Now we’re looking for a humble, hungry, people-smart Partner Marketing Manager to help our growing network of RIAs and benefits brokers become active, engaged partners for the long haul. The ideal candidate can sit across the table from an RIA or benefits broker and earn their trust, then go build the campaign, sequence, and content that turns that trust into pipeline. You're comfortable in the gray area of a first-of-its-kind program, and you'd rather test and adjust than wait for a perfect plan. This is a hybrid role, with a preference for candidates based in Indianapolis, IN. Indianapolis-based candidates will be expected to work from our office 3 days per week. We are also open to considering fully remote candidates outside the Indianapolis area. Applicants must also be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employment visa Sponsorship.
