Partner Marketing Manager
Sia Experience is the end-to-end marketing and customer experience arm of Sia. About the role
This is a temporary, project-based contract role for a Partner Marketing Manager. The position is expected to last approximately 6 months with a 40-hour work week, offering a pay rate of $80–85/hour. The role is remote, based on West Coast/PST hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day workstreams across major tech sector strategic partners and enterprise technology company clients (e.g., AWS, Salesforce, SIs), ensuring initiatives move forward efficiently across multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Own timelines, deliverables, dependencies, follow-ups, and coordination across complex partner marketing initiatives to keep fast-moving, multi-stakeholder projects organized and on track.
- Develop and execute partner marketing programs that generate demand, strengthen partner engagement, and support joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Create strategic content, including partner communications, campaign assets, internal updates, executive presentations, and GTM materials tailored to enterprise-level stakeholders.
- Align partner, event, regional, marketing, and sales teams to execute joint campaigns, webinars, nurtures, events, and integrated partner initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and execution to ensure initiatives remain operationally sound and on schedule.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, accelerate content development, and support smarter execution across partner marketing initiatives.
- Partner with Operations and Data Science teams to support MBR preparation, pipeline tracking, reporting visibility, and partner performance insights.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliance marketing, channel marketing, program management, or related B2B marketing functions.
- Experience supporting enterprise tech company clients and/or working within enterprise SaaS or technology environments.
- Strong project and program management skills with experience managing multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive initiatives from planning through execution.
- Experience supporting strategic partner ecosystems including AWS, Salesforce, SIs, or comparable enterprise alliances.
- Strong understanding of B2B demand generation and partner-driven go-to-market strategies.
- Experience developing executive presentations, partner communications, campaign assets, and marketing materials.
- AI fluency with the ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflows, efficiency, organization, and content development.
- Highly proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable operating independently in fast-paced environments.
- Strong professional judgment with exceptional attention to detail and execution quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across internal and external enterprise stakeholders.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities while maintaining organization, speed, and high-quality execution.
- Experience in Management Consulting collaborating across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Analytics, and Partner teams.
Pay
$80–85/hour for a 40-hour work week.
