Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining productive relationships, while ensuring partners execute on strategies
- Supporting the evaluation and launch of new marketing partnerships
- Playing a role in annual and quarterly marketing planning with senior partner contacts
- Guiding content strategy and asset development to support partners
- Oversight of the execution of partner-led marketing campaigns
- Moving with ease between a variety of responsibilities (e.g. presentations, project briefs, content toolkits and training, content creation and joint marketing activities, contract input, etc.)
- Strong partnership mindset, attention to detail, project and time management, and communication and interpersonal skills will be necessary for success in this role
- Direct experience working for or with channel partners in the adtech or performance media space is beneficial
- Some travel will be required
Requirements
- 5+ years experience managing partner marketing relationships
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Direct experience supporting global partner marketing strategies and activation plans, developing marketing content for partners, and ensuring alignment and consistent positioning in partner campaigns
- Strong written and verbal communication — with ability to adapt for different audiences, facilitate discussion, and persuasively convey key messages
